△ This journal is the only quarterly for the purely modern poems published in the multilingual languages such as Chinese, English, French, German, Russian, Spanish, Japanese, Greek and the contributor’s mother tongue, circulated in over 190 countries. It is a joint journal for members of World Congress of Poets (WCP) and The International Poetry Translation and Research Centre (IPTRC) International Writers and Artists Association (IWA) and International Society of Greek Writers & Arts (ISGWA).
△ Welcome are those poetic works, poetic criticisms, poetic stories and interviews of poets, critics, translators and sinologists and historical materials.
△ Contributions will not be revised except for some technical treatment. Due to the limitation of time and manpower, all contributions including a short resume of your art experience and achievement and two color photographs must be written in two or more than two kinds of languages and sent via e-mail to: iptrc@126.com or iptrc@163.com . No contribution will be accepted if it is inadequate.

Notice for the 4 th World Poetry Prize Sponsored by Dr. CHOI Laisheung

In order to promote the communication and development of world poetry as well as its translation and research, in order to carry forward poetic art and humanism, Dr. CHOI Laisheung, a prominent poetess, writer and calligrapher in contemporary China, generously provides funds to set up “World Poetry Prize Sponsored by Dr. CHOI Laisheung”, so as to encourage contemporary poets, critic and translators who have made great achievements respectively in poetic creation, poetic critique and poetic translation and have been exerting international influence. The 1st, 2nd and 3rd World Poetry Prize Sponsored by Dr. CHOI Laisheung was successfully carried through on August 1, 2005, October 8, 2006 and April 28，2008, details for the 4th World Poetry Prize are as follows:
1. There will be 3 candidates for the 4th World Poetry Prize Sponsored by Dr. CHOI Laisheung.

(1) “Prize for Distinguished Poet”, to be awarded to the poet who is influential internationally by forming his own unique system of art and thought: an exquisite certificate and 1,000 US dollars.
(2) “Prize for Distinguished Critic”, to be awarded to the critic who has made outstanding achievements in literature research field, particularly in the critique and promulgation of contemporary world poetry: an exquisite certificate and 1,000 US dollars.
(3) “Prize for Distinguished Translator”, to be awarded to the translator who is devoted to the translation and communication of world poetry and has been internationally influential by his important achievements: an exquisite certificate and 1,000 US dollars.
2. The appraisal committee is made up of the executive members of the Executive Commision of the International Poetry Translation and Research Centre, who will provide exact reasons for the prize winners, so as to guarantee the impartiality, purity, seriousness and authority of the prize.
3. Deadline: April 20, 2010.
4. The result is going to be published to the world on May 8, 2010.
5. All poets, critics and translators across the world, irrespective of countries, nationalities, languages, religions, ages, and sexes, can apply for the prize. Recommendation and self-recommendation from any country or area are warmly welcome. While sending your printed representative works in your native language, please attach the relevant English and Chinese versions, two recent color photos, as well as resumes in English and Chinese. Notice to Contributors WORLD POETRY YEARBOOK (English Version)

In order to promote the exchange, research, translation and development of the world poetry, The International Poetry Translation and Research Centre (IPTRC), after nearly a year of careful planning, decided to compile and publish WORLD POETRY YEARBOOK since 2009, which is published one volume a year, so we solicit contributions from any poet or poetry critic with influence, achievement and capability all over the world. The detailed information is as flows:

(1) WORLD POETRY YEARBOOK is published in the same style of 32K and 320 pages, deluxe binding, its front cover is colorfully printed with copper plate paper (250g) and its inside page is printed with copper plate paper (80g). Each volume will collect the poems of 140—150 poets from 60—80 countries, and the important review article or information about poetry as well as; the price of each copy is: US$ 50.00 or EUR 40.00.
(2) Date of contributions: all contributions must be sent from January 1 to November 30 each year, and it will publish at the end of February the next year.
(3) After the publication, each poet or poetry critic whose works has been recorded in will get one copy sent by post all free of charge, part of the copies will be presented to the UN Library, UNESCO, Nobel Prize Committee, NDL of the important countries, libraries of famous universities, major literary newspapers or periodicals and outstanding literary research specialists all over the world.
(4) Any poet or poetry critic with influence, achievement and capability in poetry writing or poetry criticism, in any country, any language, of any nation, any religion and age, is welcome to send your works to us.
(5) Please send two or three of your famous poems (not exceed 60 lines), a short resume of your art experience and achievement (not exceed 250 words) and one or two black-and-white photograph or color photographs, the important review article (not exceed 2,500 words) and information about poetry (not exceed 400 words) and your address, post code, Tel. and e-mail. All must be written in English. No contribution will be accepted if it is inadequate
(6) Due to the magnitude of the project and the limitation of time and manpower, all contributions must be sent via e-mill to iptrc@163.com or iptrc@126.com.
